History
| Personal History | His parents met while stationed at the Starfleet Shipyards on Earth's moon. His father was a shuttle engineer and his mother was a nurse. After they wed, they decided to return to Earth to raise their family. They returned to his father's ancestrial home on Long Island. There, his father got a job as a teacher, and his mother became head nurse at a local hospital. Kyle and his twin brother, Nicolas were born soon after. Over the next three years, his other brother, Liam, and his sister, Alexandria were also born. Theirs was a less than happy childhood. While there were happy times every now and then,, for the majority,, it was pretty dark. When he thinks of his parents, he remembers them nearly always fighting. The fights were always the same, who was cheating on whom, who was out of work, who was drinking too much. Kyle and Nicholas took it upon themselves to protect their younger siblings. The only true respite they would have, was when they would visit their paternal grandparents. At the time, Their grandfather was a notorious and feared General in the Imperial Marine Corps. His missions were some of the bloodiest in Imperial history. However, when it came to his grandchildren, General William "Mad Dog" Reece, was a safe haven. He would carefully train each child on how to become a deadly weapon and proficient killer. Kyle took to the use of knives. Under his grandfather's tutelage, he reached the point where he could wield a ka-bar like a seasoned veteran, by the time he was ten. This skill would come in handy in the future. Kyle always dreamed of joining Starfleet. He made it his personal mission to get himself as ready as possible for the day that he would don the uniform. He would read everything that he could get his hands on. He also trained his body. By the time he was conscripted into the Academy, he was adept in a half dozen forms of unarmed combat. He also held black belts in Karate, Judo and Akido. A few weeks before his 18th birthday, Kyle's parents got into a very big, very violent, fight. His father smacked his mother around the family's small kitchen. It did not take long for the level of abuse to rise. Both adults began to fight each other fiercely, wrecking the house as they went. Liam, Kyle's younger brother, tried to stop the fight, only to get severely backhanded by his father. The blow caused Liam to fall backwards and hit the back of his head on the edge of a nearby table, with a sickening crunch. Unaware that he had just killed one of his children, Jackson had finally gotten his wife to the floor and had straddled her chest. He then began to choke her. It didn't take long for Emma to pass away, due to loss of air. Jackson continued to squeeze, until the cartilage in Emma's neck started to pop. Finally releasing his hold, Jackson stood, looking down at his dead wife. As he started to turn away, he spat on her corpse. As soon as he turned fully, three throwi g daggers buried themselves deep into his chest, one of them piercing his heart, stopping it instantly. The knives, which had been a gift from his grandfather, on his tenth birthday, were Kyle's. He looked his murderous father in the eyes as the life left the man's eyes and he fell to the floor. After Kyle retrieved his knives, he, Nicholas and Alexandria contacted their grandparents. Their grandfather made sure that no charges were ever filed against Kyle. Alexandria was then sent to a boarding school and Kyle and Nicholas were sent to the Imperial Academy, to begin their training as officers of the fleet. ***WARNING, TOP SECRET!!!
