History
| Personal History | Angel Ramirez grew up in Havana, Cuba and Miami, Florida. His family had a long time of service in Starfleet. His grandparents had retired and bought a tourist resort in Havana where the young Angel tended bar, worked as a pool boy, and even taught Latin dance classes to resort guests. He joined Starfleet on the expectations of his family. He had a bit of a rocky time in the Academy. He was very good at the physical parts of his training, but lacked a sense of focus in his academic studies, despite testing as quite intelligent. He graduated mid level in his class, with frequent discipline for fighting or other infractions. Ramirez was placed on the USS Vindicator, before he clashed with his commanding officer in the Security. He clashed frequently with his commanding officer and Starfleet culture, and within a few years took an exit out of Starfleet. Angel took a job with the private security and intelligence firm based in Sydney, Australia. After working a few jobs for Blackwatch, Ramirez went freelance, and was hired for security on the Mary Rose. |
