Physical Description		Meticulous attention to detail extends even into Jaxx's physical presentation, where he prides himself in a decent fashion sense and a personal aesthetic that veers towards the artistic. He isn't a particularly large man, which is one thing that easily distinguishes him, along with his long surgeon's fingers and his unusually pale eyes, at least by Betazoid standards.

General Overview		Having very early in his childhood latched onto the name of a favoured children's book character, Izriel is so unaccustomed to being called by his actual name that he often forgets to answer to it. Content to be forever Jaxx, despite the gentle ribbing from his family the recollection sometimes evokes, he is a patient and studious man of even temperament and limitless philosophy. Whilst he can be a little taciturn at times, unused to the requirements of verbal speech when his telepathic acumen is so strong, Jax is generally open-hearted and values uniqueness as a fundamental tenet of life. Curious and inquisitive, with a Betazoid's tenacity to be a little intrusive at times, he nevertheless moves through life with the thoughtful precision of a scalpel, as delicate and considered as his use of the instrument itself. Jax is a studious man, a notoriously hard worker and has the dubious privilege of being an introvert with the psionic sensitivity to rarely manage to behave like one entirely. As a result, he finds crowds of people uncomfortable and can often be found working with ear pieces in, listening to music.

Current Known Details

- Jaxx and Jeassaho were betrothed from a very early age. Despite a brief 'what if?' flirtation in their late teens, there was never really any question of them following through with it. Jeassaho went on to find her excitement elsewhere and Jaxx stayed behind to dutifully carve out his career.

- Jaxx has been living with Jeassaho's childhood best friend for the past few years. They have a child together. It has recently come to light that they are not married and, in fact, not even a couple. Maeliana is dating another woman, who has recently proposed, thus prompting Jaxx to 'get out of the way' and take the opportunity to travel finally.

- Maeliana was briefly married to a man who disappeared as part of a science expedition. His life pod was recently discovered still functional and there have been complications around her involvement in his recovery due to having inherited his assets.
