Physical Description

Alicia has long blonde hair, often tight in a ponytail that reveals a radiant face. She has expressive blue eyes, set gracefully within their sockets, that just add to the allure around her that she is oblivious to. She stands small among others, being only five feet four inches. Despite her athletic frame, she always looks on the thin side, which is often commented on.

General Overview

A lot can be assumed when you first see Alicia, but if there's anything you should know, it's that she's faithful and brave. She's also good-natured, focused and dedicated to Starfleet, but these are in a way balanced by being stubborn as well. Oftentimes, people will count on this and her focus, especially when they need comforting or support. Nobody's perfect, of course, and Alicia has a share of darker sides to deal with too; her Vulcan nature sometimes comes out.

History

Personal History

Alicia doesn’t remember a time where she wasn’t living on Cheron, the site of the last battle of the Earth-Romulan War, aka, The Battle of Cheron. The planet despite reports wasn’t uninhabited but fall of waifs and strays from across the galaxy. It is also home to raiders, pirates, and others that would prefer to avoid any Federation entanglements. The woman grew from a lonely child into a defender of her city due to her parents dying when she was young. Alicia’s life was turned upside down from no technology to the fall wonders of the federation after coming across Starfleet Officers on the run from the same Cannibals as she was in the undercity. She helped them escape and they helped her reclaim what her life could have been. She discovered thanks to a DNA check that she was half human and half Vulcan and that her full name was Alicia Moor. Her parents were genetic scientists who ran away with their toddler many years ago, and to this day the reason for it is unknown. She joined Starfleet in 2295 as a Crewman apprentice to follow someone she fell for, but it didn’t work out at all. Being a crewman in security allowed her to get back to defending people. The training on Mars allowed her six months to learn about society, but it left her lacking in connections and friendships as she felt she had so much to learn. Her first assignment led her back to one of the men who had helped her escape the cannibals. The man was nothing more than a brother and possibly the only family that she felt she had, but it was nice to have someone familiar. It allowed her to relax and grow as a person and a potential officer in a few years. It was around that time that she started to get mixed up with an Officer with the same surname, leaving them both highly amused. The amusement developed into a romance between the pair. The romance turned from something simple to something deep and meaningful that led to a baby being concieved. They bounced around assignments together before Commander Agrax requested them for the Cosmos and an opportunity for Alicia to gain her commission to make her future easier.
