Jake stumbled through the slightly less-familiar lower decks of the Mary Rose, still adjusting to the new form he seemed to be occupying; his legs felt all wrong, and although he felt like his arms were smaller they retained a strange tensile strength to his muscles. Different to normal; like the gravity was a bit less than before. Similarly, he noticed that Liha's hearing was superior to his own - naturally being a Vulcanoid the pointed ears did actually have a clear effect on his senses.

He wasn't sure where to head at first. Towards his own quarters, he figured. If Eden was there he would have to make sure she knew he was okay. Well, relatively okay anyway.

Stumbling forward, he saw the turbolift ahead open up and a familiar form appear in the doorway.

"Captain!" he called out, his strange high-pitched voice cracking a little again. "I need to talk to you..."

Eden didn't immediately turn as she wasn't used to being addressed in such a way. But, the sound continued and became closer. Finally she looked back and saw Liha awkwardly running toward her. Then it dawned on her that she was in the wrong body still and Liha obviously thought she was Gregnol. "Uh . . . listen, there's been a mixup and I can't talk right now. I'll explain everything later. I've uh, really got to go to sickbay, I'm not well."

Gregnol didn't sound right. But then, Jake was in Liha's body so it stood to reason that her ears might pick up differences that his normal ones might not. Or the natural suspicious paranoia of the Romulan might have been biological. "I should probably join you. I'm...not really feeling myself."

Jeassaho looked at Liha and narrowed her eyes just a little taking in how she looked. She did not make a habit of using her abilities on her crew mates just like in Starfleet but it was hard to resist when people were being so shifty. “What is wrong with you?” She encouraged.

"Oh, so many things," Jake replied, his hands landing on his feminine hips as if through habit or muscle-memory. He didn't really want to go around admitting that he wasn't really Liha but actually Jake. That might be embarrassing - for both of them. "Probably best we get to sickbay as quickly as possible."

Jeassaho just stared at Liha for a long moment before she giggled as she realised there was someone else who had a obviously been affected by what was going on. “You aren’t Liha.” She announced. There was just no way Liha would stand there looking so awkward. She was never awkward or almost like she was just itching to get away.

Eden frowned and glanced between the two of them for a moment. "You mean she has the same problem?" As if it were just a hangnail and not that anyone had switched bodies.

Jake wince a tiny bit at the use of the word 'she'. It made him feel...strange. Especially when it was coming from the Captain. "Wait. Same problem? You mean - you're not the Captain?" he felt a little defensive all of a sudden.

"No, I'm Eden. In the Captain's body. IT's very strange," she said without much emotion in her voice. It felt like a bad dream to her, one in which she would wake up at any moment from. "I really need to find my own body." And without saying another word she turned and started walking again.

"Eden. Eden! It's me!" Jake exclaimed, his emotional response probably looking really odd coming from Liha's body. He glanced awkwardly at Jea before he added, "I'm Jake."

She almost asked him to prove it as she stood there in Gregnol's body staring at him/her. This was starting to get confusing. "Oh look, There's Stan," she pointed on the ground off to one side of him and watched for his reaction. The flinch was all she needed to know that it really was Jake and she let out a very un-Gregnol like giggle which surprisingly was a bit higher pitched than one would expect from a grown man.

Squeaking in a manner that was rather uncharacteristic from the normally stoic Romulan, Jake reacted as Eden had anticipated. "I'm having a weird enough day without you doing that," he complained. Then he realised that he was talking up to Eden for the first time in their relationship; she practically towered over him in Gregnol's body. "So I'm Liha. You're Reuben. What the blazes is going on here?"

"I am Jeassaho." The Engineer stood impatiently there announced as if there was any doubt that she was the person she had always been.

"I don't know. But come to sickbay with us and we will find out." She held out Gregnol's hand to Jake in Liha's body.

"Um, folks might be worth um..." Well, this was awkward defending both her husbands and Liha's honour. "Lets just not touch. Those are not your bodies." She muttered moving past them both to lead the way to sickbay. They needed to get there quickly and figure this all out. The woman wanted her husband back.
